TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By booking a consultation with Heal with Nat, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Nature of Services

Heal with Nat offers homeopathy consultations provided by Natalie Kreidieh, a student homeopath currently training at the Center for Homeopathic Education (CHE). All consultations are part of her supervised clinical training. The services provided are intended to support overall well-being and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment by a licensed medical doctor. Clients are encouraged to maintain regular medical care with their primary healthcare providers.

 

2. Scope of Consultations

Heal with Nat offers:

* Acute consultations for short-term, self-limiting conditions

* Chronic consultations for long-standing or recurring health issues

*Consultations are delivered online unless otherwise specified.

 

3. ConfidentialityAll client information is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as part of educational supervision (with identifying details removed).

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment for all consultations must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. No Refund Policy

Please note that all payments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether you choose to complete your consultation or cancel. In the event of a rescheduling request, Heal with Nat will make every effort to accommodate a new appointment time if notified at least 24 hours in advance.

 

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a rebooking fee at Natalie's discretion.

 

7. Client Responsibility

By booking a consultation, you confirm that:

* You understand the nature and limitations of homeopathic treatment.

* You have disclosed all relevant health information truthfully. 

*You agree to take full responsibility for your own health decisions and outcomes.

 

8. Changes to Terms, Heal with Nat reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

 

Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
