All consultations are conducted online via Zoom or by phone call at the time of your scheduled appointment.

Payment must be made in full prior to your session to confirm your booking.

Payments are securely processed online at the time of scheduling.

Please note that all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to complete your consultation or cancel your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 6 hours’ notice.

 

Heal with Nat will make every effort to accommodate a new appointment time within a reasonable timeframe if adequate notice is given.
